Your duties and responsibilities:
- Leading profitability initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Coaching and mentoring branch staff to achieve their full potential.
- Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and success.
- Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring quality control of goods and maintaining optimal stock levels.

What you will need to succeed:
- A hands-on approach to business with a sound technical knowledge of the aluminium industry.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on financial matters.
- Previous experience in implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations.
