Presenting over 45 years’ experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.

- Lead a team of various roles ensuring individual and team KPI's are achieved
- Take pride in working with disadvantaged job seekers: you will become pivotal in their journey of employment through the opportunities the team and you have created for them
- Foster strong relationships to ensure a constant business is maintained
- Support your team to achieve their goals by building strategic employer relationships
- Create relationships with community stakeholders that support the needs of the program
- Manage the governance associated with expenditure through the fund, ensuring and delivering compliance whilst adhering to

- This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension based in Robina
A bit about you...
- Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
- Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds
- An open car drivers' licence
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
