SalaryOur client is currently looking for a Site Manager to join their well-established Brisbane based company.
They are a well-recognised residential and commercial builder of over 20 years who have a focus on Multi-Residential apartments, units, townhouses and stand alone homes.

The Role
You would be responsible for managing the complete delivery of 18 townhouses across the one site near Toowong. This project is demolition through to practical completion.
You will have one laborer on site with you, as well as the Project Manager you would report to and a HSE Advisor.

About You
- Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects – preferably townhouse or multi-res projects
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is advantageous but not necessary
- Strong understanding of WHS regulations
- Proven tenure in your past roles
