Form of workGrowing builder is looking for a Site Manager for a $14m project of 10 Townhouses in Sydney's upper North Shore.
About the CompanyThis builder are well known for delivering new build projects up to $20 mil. They work with established development groups and have been awarded a $14 mil project in Sydney's upper North Shore and need a Site Manager.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems
About You
* Experience within the volume or townhouse building sector ideally in a site management role
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
