Joining our team means being at the forefront of innovation and driving meaningful impact daily.DescriptionJob Responsibilities· Operational Support & Coordination: Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for non-inventory goods and services required by the AMZL network, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.· KPI Management & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.· Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and AMZL leadership to understand and achieve budgetary targets and operational objectives.· Supplier Collaboration: Foster strong, strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards, secure the best terms, and innovate procurement solutions.· Issue Resolution: Act as a primary contact for resolving any procurement-related issues, including discrepancies in inventory, delivery challenges, and payment to suppliers.Nature of the RoleThe Site Procurement Manager will be actively engaged on-site, managing procurement processes and interacting with both internal teams and external vendors. The role will require a mix of operational oversight and strategic planning activities.ReportingThe AMZL Site Procurement Manager will report directly to the AMZL Procurement Manager within the broader SPO - Site Procurement Operations organization.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Training: Develop and maintain procurement documentation, train team members on procurement processes, and ensure all practices comply with Amazon standards.Planning & Operations: Oversee the procurement of non-inventory items like packing materials and janitorial services. Plan and execute procurement strategies that align with operational forecasts and budgets.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between AMZL and its suppliers as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on procurement needs and expectations.Direct Supervision: Although not directly supervising a team, you will coordinate with multiple teams and manage supplier relationships to ensure procurement activities align with operational goals.ProfileBasic Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing, especially in a logistics or warehouse setting, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Job OfferLocation(s): AMZL facilities, located in Regents Park and Bella Vista, NSW and may require travel between them.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Flexibility is required to meet the operational demands and deadlines of the network.Payrate: $41.45/hr
