Be involved in a diverse range of Metricon construction projects with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site. A focus to delivering defect-free results are essential. You will play an exciting part in supervising and coordinating the construction of your homes and ensure that trades meet quality, timelines and OH&S objective.

Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
- Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
- Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you
- Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability
- Scheduling and meeting trades on site
- Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients
- Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices; and
- Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.
- Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and
- Hand over your customers keys and settlement pack to your customer. No better feeling.

- MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
- Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades
- A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Well versed in new homes contracts
- The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines; and
- Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
This role requires a national police check and medical check to be undertaken to the successful applicant.
