SalaryOur client is a reputable Builder who is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to start on their $40 million commercial residential project. Your new role Based on site, you will be managing a number of different trades as well as be responsible for contractor co-ordination and overall site management as you lead the project through the structure phase. You will manage programming and be responsible for all HSE and QA requirements. The successful candidate will have previously worked for a Tier 2 Builder and have a solid Structure background ideally. What you'll need to succeed Structures experience across commercial residential projects is essential.
