Your New Role
This company is looking for a Site Manager to deliver a $15m residential apartment, in a central Brisbane location. The project comprises of 11 Apartments, across 2 towers, being 1 x 4 Storey & 1 x 3 Storey. Set to be built over the next 18 months, construction will start in 4-6 weeks. Once this project is complete, a $15m-$20m apartment build will be up next for this candidate.
What You'll Need to Suceed
- Proven track record delivering multi-res apartment projects in SEQ.
- Trade background would be ideal
- Experience on projects $15m+
