AddressGotze is a small, high-end residential building company based in Hawthorn.
We have secured an promising pipeline of work, with some of Melbourne's leading Architects and are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on Site Manager to join our exciting team.
Most of our work is within close proximity to Head Office (Malvern, Armadale, Hawthorn, Clifton Hill).
Applicant must be qualified carpenters.
Role & Responsibilities:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver a beautiful extension / renovation in one of Hawthorn's leading pockets.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Run dedicated project(s) with support of the Directors
- Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers & consultants
- Assist with carpentry heavy periods of the project (hands on)
- Program site works and ensure subcontractors and suppliers work to those deadlines
- Ensure sites are clean, tidy and presentable
- Ensure OH&S requirements are met and adhered to on site
- Have a key eye for detail and take pride in your work site
- Ability to problem solve and take ownership of the project(s).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a qualified carpenter
- 2+ years experience with a residential builder as a Site Manager
- Must have own vehicle and tools
- Enjoy being part of an exciting young team, working together and helping each other out.
- Must be able to read plans and create programs
- Must take pride in your work and ensure clients receive the final product they have trusted us to deliver
- Able to commence August 2024.
