About the Role:
You will be given a manageable portfolio of jobs where quality is the priority. You will have the time and space to make sure everything is exact, and everything is built well to top quality standards.
- Manageable workload running between 14 - 16 Jobs
- Work on a portfolio of jobs that range between $500k to $1mil in contract value
- Realistic build times
- Projects in the Bayside Suburbs of Melbourne
Your Skills
- 3 + years of site management experience within the KDRB or Dual Occupancy space
- Ideally a trade background with on-site building experience
- Highly organised
- Customer focussed
- A friendly, down to earth character - ambition is good but this role will be a long term site role
