About the Opportunity

We operate in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. We have a team of 220 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services.
We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Asset Services team based at Brisbane, Hendra. With lots of projects and contracts in place there is plenty of work for now and into the future.
As a Site Manager for CV Asset Services, you will be responsible for:
- The safe and efficient delivery of small and large projects on critical infrastructure for key Queensland clients
- Providing outstanding customer service and technical solutions to key clients, whilst ensuring a high level of communication.
- Maintaining regular communication with your team and supervisors
- Ability to report to the Project Manager as to the project status & regular client engagement
- Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliers
- Liaise with clients and keep them up to date with their project
- Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct
- Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames and budget
- Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects
- Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame
- Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe condition
About You
- Demonstrated experience in managing/delivering small & large project works
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Dedicated commitment to building standards, regulations, and safe work practices
- Motivated to work autonomously and within a team environment, playing an active role within the broader team
Your Qualifications
- Certificate 3 in Carpentry
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current QBCC Site Supervisors Licence
- Current C class Drivers’ Licence (manual)
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
- Defence/Health/Airport previous experience
- ASIC Clearance
- DCAC (Defence)
- High Risk Work Licence, including EWP and Scissor
