Our Client is a leading Tier High-End Luxury Residential Builder constructing high-end boutique projects of up to $30M+. The organisation has newly acquired several new projects in high-end boutique apartments. Therefore, they are seeking for a Site Manager & a General Foreman to step up.
THE ROLE
Being an established builder, recognised for their high-end finishes achieved through best-in-class people, processes and projects, the opportunity will allow the incumbent (Site Manager & General Foreman) to manage the end-to-end delivery of this luxury-build as well as;
- Take ownership and lead site safety management
- Supervise and coordinate high-end finishes trades
- Read, interpret designs and ensure correct delivery of plans
- Monitor program and lead the team to meet project milestones
- Quality assure and lead the rectification of defects
To be considered for this position, you MUST have;
- A strong track record in the Sydney Market as a Site Manager, Foreman OR as a Leading Hand
- A strong tenure with a strong Tier 2 OR Tier 3 Builder
- Have delivered multiple residential OR aged-care projects from beginning to end
- Carpentry background will be highly regarded
