Looking for a Site Manager and 2 General Foreman with residential experience and or commercial to oversee and coordinating the construction of one of their new projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including construction schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and on-site staff.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and work towards optimizing budgetary allocations.
- Communicate regularly with management providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to make necessary adjustments to project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
To be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 6+ experience as a Site Manager or General foreman in residential construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools for project planning and management.
