Site Manager - NewBuild – Education - Griffith - 2 Month contract

I represent a well-established and highly regarded fit-out contractor with a proven history of providing exceptional service for corporate clients across NSW. This contractor has a great client base that they work with on repeat business on various interesting and high-end commercial fit-out projects.
About the Role
My client has been awarded a New Build education project based in Griffith. The successful Site Manager will be required to take full control of the project from start to finish. The project will consist of structure and finishing works. The Site Manager will be required to coordinate trades and sub-contractors to ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all trades & labour activity on site
- Liaise between all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
- Manage and update programs in Procore
- Manage Health & Safety
- Chair progress meetings
- Report progress to the Project Manager
- 2 years+ of Site Management experience
- Site delivery experience
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Good commercial understanding
- Problem solver
- Experience using Procore is desirable
- Efficient with software systems and IT literate
