Site Manager - High-End Duplex Project

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a prestigious Duplex Project in Cronulla.
Position Overview:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and completion of the Duplex Project in Cronulla. You will play a key role in coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and workmanship is of the highest caliber.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or optimization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, preferably within the high-end residential construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Valid construction induction card (White Card) and relevant certifications/licenses are required.
