The Role: As a Site Manager, you will:
- Orchestrate site operations, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and unions.
- Guide and motivate subcontractors, maintaining a driven workforce.
- Keep meticulous on-site records, upholding our standards of excellence.
- Adhere to the construction program, specifications, and budget, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within financial targets.
- Champion OH&S protocols, guaranteeing a secure work environment.
- A solid background in building trades or a relevant degree.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a portfolio of similar projects.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without the need for sponsorship.
