National Head Contractor requirement for a Site Manager to oversee and manage Workplace fit outs. The right Site Manager would need to have proven track record in managing fit outs in Brisbane projects safely, efficiently and in a timely fashion.- National Head Contractor

- Exposure to fit out projects across a variety of sectors
- Experience in design and construct would be a great advantage.

- A strong ability to manage on-site trades and a high level of communication with clients
- Managing the site and the workers to comply with Industry Safety requirements.
- Read and understand all Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) provided and ensure they are implemented.
- Coordinate trades and deliveries on site to ensure program expectations are met.
- Managing the works to ensure program and quality expectations are met to minimize any defects and long term maintenance issues.
- Providing updates of program tasks on a weekly basis to enable the overall program to be updated weekly.
- Producing and managing the distribution and communication of the individual subcontractor programs extracted from the main program.
- Organizing and chairing weekly sub-contractor review meetings with the key subcontractors to review program and coordination issues.
- Assisting in the development of the detail in the overall program.
- Managing the works in a cost effective manner.
- Managing the works to reasonably ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with relevant standards.
