AddressAspen Medical has been contracted by Pilbara Minerals to provide essential medical services as part of the onsite emergency response team at their mining site near Port Headland, WA. We are currently looking for highly skilled Paramedics to join our team and work on a 8/6 FIFO roster basis.
Working as part of a small team, you will provide first aid as required, emergency treatment and respond to mine site personnel in the event of their sustaining an injury or disability. The team also assists with assessing medical fitness to work, conducts health and monitoring programs, and actively promotes health and safety systems and procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience working in the resources/mining industry
- Current Advanced Life Support certification
- Drug and Alcohol Tester Certificate
- Knowledge of Poison Permit Compliance
- Injury management and Return to Work
- Certificate III Mines Rescue - desirable
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable
- Immunisation administration certification – desirable

- Annual Salary ~$158K per annum + 12% superannuation
