Job Description: Lead key initiatives in various Supply Chain functions-materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, and order fulfillment. Ensure end-to-end fulfillment of internal and external customer expectations across all Supply Chains.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for a reliable and efficient Supply Chain.
Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with the Atmus Operating System and Functional Excellence direction.
Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead cross-Business Unit planning processes for intra-company alignment.
Collaborate to address long-term supplier constraints and establish common Supply Chain processes and procedures.
Strategically and tactically approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement for performance targets.
Develop, understand, and improve Key Performance Indicators.
Analyze operational trends and implement corrective action plans.
Promptly address Supply Chain failures to ensure operational stability and escalate as needed.
Prepare and manage an annual operating plan, including expense resources and capital.
Manage, coach, and develop staff, working with employees to set goals in training, development, performance, and career planning.
Qualifications:
B.S or BA in an applicable field
APICS Certification.
