National Building Contractor requires a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to work on a $50M Highrise Project

Your new company 

A well respected National Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer to work on their flagship highrise development.

Your new role 

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be providing co-coordination and operational support to the project to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to the correct quality standards. On a day to day basis this will include the following:

• Support the project team across a variety of administration and documentation requirements;
• Progress and cost reporting;
• Monitor quality and construction progress;
• Liaise with subcontractors and manage variations and claims;
• Assist in the development of project programme / schedule
• Identify and assess any project risks.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelors degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience working on commercial construction projects $10m+;
• A committed and motivated attitude;
• Strong time management and organisation skills; and
• The ability and desire to work in a team.
