Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager
Cornerstone of our safety management on all our building and maintenance projects in Perth. Your primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with ISO45001 standards, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel. You will conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, develop, and implement safety policies, and provide comprehensive safety leadership to the teams. Your role involves investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and liaising with regulatory bodies. A deep understanding of the building industry and the ability to apply logical, scalable solutions tailored to small business operations are essential. Your proactive approach and dedication to safety will drive continuous improvement and ensure the wellbeing of our team supporting a culture of safety.

1. Confidence overseeing Site Safety operations, ensuring compliance with ISO45001 standards by conducting regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
