Site Superintendent

Chandler Macleod is currently working with a well-established Civil Engineering firm that specialise on delivering on innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across key projects.
Due to growth and exceptional performance, a new role has been created for a strong Site Project Manager to join a dynamic and innovative environment led by a high-performing management team.

• Manage the on-site works which include

• meeting project schedules, troubleshooting issues and ensuring contractors meet contractual commitments
• Coordinate with PM, client, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth communications
• Manage EOT, RFI, Payment Claims etc using TfNSW specifications and pay items.

You will have demonstrated experience with:

• Local experience in similar roles exposed to TfNSW standards.
• Experience on $50M+ civil infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of progress claims, contract administration and contract management
• Capacity to manage client expectations and coordinate multiple contractors.
• Knowledge of local government and service authority construction standards, specifications & delivery processes including Sydney Water and Endeavour Energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification

The role is conveniently based either in Parramatta or North Sydney.
