We are a family-owned and operated residential building company dedicated to delivering high-quality new home builds and we are looking for a new Site Supervisor willing to dedicate themselves to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise new home builds in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction from start to finish.
- Liaise with our extensive trade base, allocate and schedule works efficiently.
- Conduct onsite meetings with clients and provide weekly updates with photos and detailed reports of work performed and upcoming tasks to CA team.
- Ensure construction targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Implement and uphold health and safety standards on-site.
- Utilise intermediate-level computer skills for project management and estimating (experience with relevant software including BuildXact or alike is a bonus).
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Cert IV in Building & Construction and a valid Site Supervisor's license.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
- Health and safety knowledge and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
