About the Position:
We currently have a supervisor / leadership opportunity managing the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in MT ISA
The Security Supervisor position will encompass coordinating with the local site based client representatives, Securecorp head office, site officers.
Role Duties
- Client, Customer and Staff Liaison
- Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
- Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Size Team
- Managing SOP's
- Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)
- Incident reports and monthly report management
- Equipment management
Rostered Hours
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts (day and night) – Renumeration approximately 80K per annum.

- Prior experience leading a medium to large security team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Excellent time management skills
- A strong customer service focus
- Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with facilities management and clinical staff.
- Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
