The Role
An opportunity is now available to join the team in the role of Site Supervisor. In this role you will manage complex projects within the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. You will be expected to continue to assist the strategic growth of the business and to build your team accordingly.
The Candidate
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate some or all of the following:
- Min 5 years’ experience in construction with some time in a senior role
- Experience within all facets of construction
- Trade certificates in building (carpentry preferred) or a related discipline
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to manage a team engaged in multiple projects simultaneously
- A solid understanding of OHS practices, legislation & regulations
- Familiarity with current market rates & trades.
- Current and valid motor vehicle license
