Qualifications & experience
- Formal qualifications are not a must, however, a trade qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of local experience working as a Residential Site Supervisor is a must.
- Knowledge of building best practices, NCC and Australian Standards.
- Having AGSVA or AFP clearance would be an added advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage multiple sites.
- Report project progress to superiors, providing regular updates on milestones, challenges, and achievements.
- Develop a comprehensive work schedule for construction workers, considering project timelines, resource availability, and specific tasks.
- Supervise and lead subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project plans, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control project budgets, managing expenses and resources effectively to keep the project on or under budget.
- Read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
