The standards are clear...

You must have-

• Extensive knowledge of building practices. (Certificate IV in Building is preferential)
• Carry out work as instructed by Project Manager. 
• Produce high quality work in an appropriate timeframe while being able to collaborate with stakeholders and customers.
• Direct onsite supervision of staff and subcontractors.
• Make sure that site is a Safe Site at all times.
• Completing daily logs and site reports so we can support you and your team
• Comply with company quality systems while reading and understanding  plans and documentation.
• Ability to utilise digital Construction management software.
• If you can provide your own tools that would be ideal (not necessary)
