Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and address their concerns.
- Oversee material management and deliveries to maintain project progress.
- Daily operational coordination of subcontractors and Firmus team.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards.
- Collaborate closely with Firmus team on project schedules and budgets.
- Enforce and maintain safe and compliant worksites in accordance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or Certificate 4 + Diploma in Building.
- Possession of a current and valid NSW OHS White Card.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a minimum of three years experience.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
- Clear and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
