About the Role
Masscon are seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to provide support to residential construction site management team, reporting to the Construction manager. You will learn from the best in the business and be a part of a property development group that are looking to grow their team due to a rapid expansion in their pipeline of projects.
You will be responsible for managing the complete On-Site survey required in the multi-residential construction project sites.

The Key Duties
This role is ideally suited to a building and construction professional with 2 or more years’ experience in residential developments/projects.
- Assist site manager in weekly scheduling the field surveys
- Field survey using total station/ GPS equipment’s – Set outs grid lines/ pre-pour setout survey on formed decks/ post pour setout survey on concrete slabs/ Miscellaneous setout survey such as external works/ OSD/ Public domain works etc
- Prepare and issue survey set out plans to site teams and contractors
- Provide survey calculations/ quantity calculations to site team
- Draft the As-Built drawings
- Maintain survey equipment, manage calibrations
- Adhere to Masscon’s QHSE policies
This role is ideally suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenge and is ready to be accountable for their role in the business.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
- well versed with latest survey equipment’s
- Integrity, honesty and high ethical standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- You must be highly organized and possess the ability to priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- An enthusiastic and can do attitude.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
