Monday to Friday | Full time | Marsden Park
As the NSW Site Team Leader your role is to oversee the loading and unloading of both Linehaul and Local vehicles. This role is based onsite at our tier 1 customer in Marsden Park, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our ‘Degree of Difference’ for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange trailers for each scheduled load
- Prepare and maintain cold chain units
- Ensure trailers are clean and presentable
- Verify the accuracy of load paperwork
- Supervise and ensure proper load restraint techniques
- Perform deliveries and pickups
- Relocate trailers to various locations across Sydney
About you:
- Minimum HC driver’s license required (MC license advantageous)
- Experienced with trailer coupling and uncoupling
- Familiar with Loscam/Chep pallet exchange
- Solid knowledge with loading restraints
- Experience in refrigerated transport (advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
