Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:Reporting directly to the Director Strategy, Architecture, Risk and Compliance, the Student Journey Environments (SJE) Platforms and Integration Analyst supports BKI objectives and strategy. This includes:

• Conduct thorough analyses of the SaaS platform to ensure it meets business requirements and customer needs.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the platform to enhance stability, usability, and functionality.
• Support the integration of third-party services with our SJES platforms, ensuring seamless data interchange and functionality.

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud services, and software integration principles.
• Strong understanding of integrations platforms (Anypoint - MuleSoft, API manager)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
