Qualifications & experience needed:Efficiency and Time Management SkillsAbility to meet deadlines
Knowledge of residential construction in single and two storey (Traditional, framed and other various construction methods)Demonstrate high levels of presentation and clarity on all drawings with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team to help form a positive, strong & vibrant environment
Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting (equivalent or higher education)Strong knowledge of Building Codes, Residential Design Codes & other relevant StandardsProficiency in the use of ArchiCAD and RevitAt least 3 years experience in residential drafting relevant to local building methods/practices
