Merging these two concepts together they offer a service like no other metals company, covering every angle of the supply chain bringing products from "Mine to Market".
With a longstanding client based in WA and relationships across the Asia market they are setting up a hub for the region based in Perth. With a GM appointed and starting in Q3 of 2024 they are focused on finding an Operations Manager to focus on the set up of the operation. The role will be split into two stages:
Stage 1:
- With brand new premises secured in Canning Vale you will help set up the WA operation
- Multi task role with a focus on liaising with machinery being delivered and installed
- Hiring of workshop staff
- General organisation of the new facility
Stage 2:
- Expected to be 3 months plus from employment - full control of the workshop floor
- Prioritize timely and defect free completion of orders - working with weights and chemicals this is a numerical accurate role
- You will have excellent communication skills and will liaise between the shop floor and commercial team in delivery time frames
- Continue to hire and grow your team
