The Role
We are currently seeking a Skilled Labourer who will gain additional experience to carry out specialist remedial repair work as outlined below:
- General Remedial rectification work
- Bathroom & Balcony rectifications
- General carpentry work
- Removal and re-instatement of external cladding
- Flashing repairs
- Removal and re-instatement of doors and windows
- Concrete spalling and repair work
- Brick and joint repairs
Key skills and requirements to obtain the position on offer:
- Current Driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- White card
- Ability to work and present well to Biltbeta Clientele
Any applicant with the following would have an advantage in securing this position:
- Previous experience in remedial building work
- Working at heights certificate
