WHO ARE WE

Complete Asset Management Pty Ltd (CAMS) are a rail maintenance and construction company based in Dubbo NSW who provide skilled and quality works to the Rail Industry across all aspects. 

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for highly motivated and reliable rail workers who can demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and teamwork, working on ARTC and UGL Regional Linx CRN network throughout NSW and SA:

• Rail Labourer
• Rail Offsider
• Rail Welder

Mandatory Minimum Requirements:

• RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card
• WHS Construction Induction (White Card)
• Cat 3 Rail Medical
• Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork
• Flexibility to travel throughout the region and work away from home

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in the rail industry
• Railtech and Thermit Welder

A successful applicant must be able to:

• Work under direction and follow instructions at all times
• Be drug free (testing is conducted pre-employment, at commencement of each shift and random)
• Assist the team to deliver the scopes of work such as but not limited to rerailing, adjusting, re-sleepering and general track works
• Conform with all Rail Safety requirements and raising any concerns to supervision
