Due to continued growth and demand, this organisation is seeking the support of a Building Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Managing pre-site administration functions
- Engaging with drafting, estimating and design teams
- Engaging with clients throughout building process
- Management of building contract and variations
- Management of construction administration
- Database management
- Raising stage claims throughout construction process
About You
To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Previous experience in a similar
- Strong administration skills
- A strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Openness and willingness to learn
