Salary $125,832.00 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
Permanent, full-time opportunity to share your experience in implementation and monitoring of the regional delivery operational performance within the Education/Training sector!
This includes course level planning, resource utilisation, efficiency and productivity monitoring to ensure the Region's training delivery is effective. In your next role, you will:
Implement and monitor strategies on operational performance.
Analyse Skills Teams deliverables and construct responsive action plans.
Monitor the implementation, delivery and evaluation of educational/training programs e.g. Trainees and Apprenticeships
Analyse and track KPIs and assess trends to enhance performance.
About You
Along with your resilient and courageous approach, and your ability to communicate effectively and problem solve, you will hold:
Relevant Degree or diploma at AQF level 5-8 or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to support the implementation of complex programs in education/training organisations.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to critically evaluate data and trends.
Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to meet the focus capabilities as stated in the position description.
