This is a full-time opportunity based at Eden’s property in the Currumbin Valley. The days of work will range between Monday to Saturday of each week.

About the role 

We have just partnered with a leading French luxury skincare brand and are seeking a specialist Skincare Therapist to deliver expert treatments to guests using the skincare range and treatment program provided. This exciting and unique opportunity offers specialised training by our beauty partner so you can provide skincare consultations and tailor facial treatments according to their professional approach and to guest needs. For this role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with experience in luxury beauty who has a true passion for skin health. While the primary focus of the role is the delivery of facial treatments, there may be a need to assist with other Spa beauty treatments and to relieve front of house from time-to-time.

Eden’s luxury Spa is a key feature and core component of the guest wellness journey. The Skincare Therapist will be required to maintain Eden’s high standards providing services that fit within our CARE philosophy and treatment program, and which aim to rejuvenate, nourish, and relax providing a positive and transformative experience.

About you

We are looking for a therapist who is enthusiastic about skincare, is team-oriented, and committed to providing a positive guest experience. Other essential qualifications and experience include:

• Professional work experience as a skin care therapist/esthetician with a passion for skincare and helping people to improve their skin health (at least 3 years),
• Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent),
• Graduate certificate in Dermal Therapy highly regarded,
• Experience working in a luxury spa ideal but not a must,
• Experience working with the Biologique brand will be highly valued although is not required,
• A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train, and inspire the team and guests,
• Committed learner with an interest in ongoing education and training,
• Well-presented and professionally groomed with exceptional customer service, and
• Positive and supportive attitude with clear communication.
