We are now seeking a part time highly skilled, experienced Sales and Education Representative with a background in Beauty Therapy.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A proven track record in sales and business development
• A high level of communication that will manage existing business partners and encourage new business
• Previous experience as a trainer or training qualification with an ability to develop and implement training programs directly and on-line
• Experience in implementing a call plan to ensure salon partners are visited regularly and conversant with client database management
Responsibilities of role include:
- Develop training materials and implement training strategy and calendar which incorporates local, regional, and inter- state-based training
- Organise and attend Partner Salons promotional events to perform facial treatments and prescribe and retail products.
- Regular salon partner visits to foster and maintain client relationships.
- New business development.
This is a exciting autonomous role for a highly motivated experienced candidate. Your application would be highly regarded if you have a Diploma or higher Beauty Therapist skills (or Cert IV TAE) with experience working with cosmeceutical skincare and peels.
