ABOUT THE JOB
- Work with the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, to deliver exceptional client results
- Confidently conduct skin consultations and prescribe the best treatment and homecare plan
- Excel at developing client relationships and managing appointment bookings, rebooking's and client reconnection and outreach
- Have a good understanding of skincare ingredients and formulations and are confident in making recommendations
- Maintain all visual merchandising standards and always ensure a strong representation of the SkinCeuticals brand
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the SkinCeuticals counter
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a collaborative culture and support your team to achieve group and individual goals
ABOUT YOU
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty
- Experience in providing facial services is preferred
- Proactive in re-booking/upselling and retailing
- You have a minimum of one year previous sales experience
- You have a passion for skincare, and the aesthetics industry
- You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- You possess great relationship building skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
- You are excited by achieving growth and delivering strong results
