Form of workWe are seeking an individual who has the skills and passion for delivering high quality customer service to patients in a professional caring environment. You will be working closely with senior CPAP consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to perform sleep studies and provide specialised CPAP therapy and ongoing support services to patients in our clinics.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform sleep studies
- Provide dedicated services for Sleep patients both face to face & over the telephone
- Provide CPAP set-ups, and on-going treatment according to a Physician's prescription
- Fit patients with their prescribed mask
- Report to referring physicians and medical service providers to ensure appropriate provision of products and services to patients
- Conduct the sale of new or additional products and services
- Ensure stock levels are maintain appropriately
- Maintain clinic equipment
- Process online orders and general administration.
- Maintain a presentable clinic and consulting area

Desirable Qualifications and Qualities
• Previous experience working within a sleep related role is preferred however not essential for applicants
• Qualification in a Health, Science or Sales/Marketing would be highly considered
• A compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients is essential.
• This position is ideal for Sleep/CPAP technicians, nurses and medical sales representatives looking for a flexible role to fit in with their lifestyle.
