he role:
You will play an impor an role in re aining and growing a por folio of exis ing Small Business cus omers in conjunc ion wi h acquiring new business hrough ex ernal rela ionships.
Wi h a s rong focus on 'making i easy' for cus omers, your eam will provide holis ic suppor o cus omers a all s ages of heir business cycle, including residen ial and commercial lending, cashflow solu ions and o her s ra egic, ransac ional, and servicing needs. his is achieved hough main aining he cus omer as core focus and providing excep ional service and accoun abili y.
Key responsibili ies:
Managing lending and produc reques s for Small Business cus omers
Unders anding cus omers business needs o provide holis ic banking solu ions
Unders and key credi requiremen s o ensure lending applica ions are comple ed in line wi h credi policy
Increasing he por ion of My Bank cus omers wi hin he por folio wi h he number of in erac ions and referrals
Accoun able for managing cus omer complain s and escala ions un il resolu ion is reached
Coaching and developmen of less experienced bankers wi hin he eam and developing associa es
Drive cus omer por folio risk and compliance
Es ablish and main ain Working Rela ionships wi h key s akeholders (Re ail, NAB Par ners and o her Business Par ners)
o be successful in his role, you will ideally bring he following:
er iary qualifica ion in Banking & Finance or a business-rela ed discipline (preferred)
Business and/or Re ail/Lending banking and financial background wi h experience managing cus omer rela ionships and he credi process
Excellen unders anding of he SME Marke and local area knowledge
S rong cus omer and rela ionship managemen
Problem solving, ime managemen , cri ical hinking and nego ia ion skills
