We are seeking a Personal Trainer/ Fitness Instructor to oversee our small semi-private group classes in our expanding boutique gym. We require a talented and dedicated coach who can seamlessly join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants to utilise their sports and fitness knowledge and experience to help grow our unique training offerings.
- Initially 10-25hrs/week.
- Competitive salary based on level of experience and qualifications (earn $25-40/hr)

We are seeking a strength and conditioning coach who supports our mission to serve the community, leading Small Group classes with individual training programs and personal training. We aren’t just looking for someone who knows how to work out with clients. An ‘all-rounder” who plays a key role in providing exceptional client value and is committed to creating an environment that ensures clients continuously show up, share their success, recruit their friends, and stick with the program.

What You’ve Got to Have
- Schedule Flexibility - on-boarding for this position will require several hours of shadowing staff at different days and times throughout the week. Once officially hired a more consistent class schedule will be enforced, but all team members must remain flexible in their ability to attend meetings, pick-up training sessions, and cover shifts.
- Work Experience - industry experience is preferred, but more importantly our coaches lead by example and must be able to communicate extreme levels of exercise knowledge while demonstrating exceptional movement quality and motor control. They must also possess empathetic and relatable qualities that allow them to connect with our client base. Experience in any type of weight training - Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, and/or Crossfit
- Certifications – Minimum Cert III and or Cert IV minimum.
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Personal Indemnity Insurance

- Maintain 80% member renewal rate or higher
What You’ll Get
This position will build up to +30hrs/week and yearly salary reviews available based on performance and client outcomes. You’ll be supported and mentored by owners, with access to continuing education and skill development.
