Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise in SMSF accounting and tax legislation to:
- Master compliance: Handle all aspects of SMSF administration, ensuring seamless reporting and meeting every requirement with meticulous precision.
- Become a client champion: Build strong relationships, providing expert advice and navigating the complexities of SMSFs alongside your clients every step of the way.
- Optimize processes: Continuously innovate and refine systems to ensure swift and accurate completion of all tasks, empowering both yourself and your colleagues.
- Lead by example: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing your knowledge and mentoring others to elevate the entire team's capabilities.
Qualifications:
- SMSF & Real Estate Savvy: Experience managing a portfolio of complex SMSFs with real estate expertise is a must.
- Technical Prowess: Degree in Accounting (CPA/CA preferred) and 3+ years of senior SMSF accounting experience.
- Goal-Oriented Champion: Proven track record of exceeding expectations and achieving exceptional results.
- Unwavering Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to SMSF legislation, tax, and accounting principles.
- Communication Master: Excel in written and verbal communication, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy Pro: Proficiency in Xero, BGL, Xero App suite, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
