The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Cotta team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
You'll bring the following:
- Previous Barista Experience
- Available from 6am - 3am, as shifts will be rotating between these times
- A passion for customer service
- Experience Cash Handling, POS Systems and taking payments
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills
To be successful, you'll:
- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
