It is an 18 bed acute care facility that offers emergency medicine; medical inpatient services; pathology collection; medical imaging (x-ray – outreach from Goulburn and remote operator (medical)) and the Wellness Centre. • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
• Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, and research and quality improvement. Demonstrated commitment to participation in on-call rosters and providing timely on-site responses
• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to all aspects of clinical governance
• Demonstrated ability to consistently display a commitment to, and compliance with, and leadership in high quality Customer Service, Workplace Diversity, Occupational Health & Safety and Industrial Democracy principles, practices and relevant legislation relating to these areas and an understanding of and commitment to the organisation’s values
