Social Media Assistant

Francesca are seeking a dynamic Social Media Assistant who is full of motivation and ideas to help bring our Mother's Day and influencer campaigns to life. If you consider yourself a 'people person' and are passionate about nurturing relationships, we want to hear from you! You will also support the Content Creator in scheduling and bringing Social Media content to life! The ideal candidate should have a passion for Social Media, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a love for influencer marketing!
 

Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Coordinator to communicate, liaise and nurture relationships with influencers by fostering rapport and trust. 
• Cultivate strong and authentic relationships with influencers as their primary point of contact to successfully execute campaign deliverables.
• Working alongside the PR Assistant in the communications and roll out of the Mother's Day and various influencer campaigns ensuring all relationships are nurtured, deliverables are met, and content is leveraged
• Coordinate and manage giveaway competitions and cross brand collaborations
• Work with the Content Creator to assist scheduling and publishing content across Social Media channels
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and mentions to ensure all are responded to in a timely manner
