At Zest, we're all about unleashing creativity, sparking innovation, and pursuing excellence in everything we do. As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team.

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be the glue that keeps our team delivering outstanding results. Picture this: you'll be working hand-in-hand with our brilliant marketing managers, creatives, and content creators to ensure every project shines brightly, hitting the mark flawlessly and right on time – all while maintaining that signature Zest flair!

So, what will you be doing, you ask?

• Content: Help whip up some seriously engaging copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and our buzzing Social Media platforms;
• Creative Strategies: Team up with our Marketing Managers to orchestrate day-to-day activities that bring our marketing strategies to life for each of our amazing clients;
• Platform Navigation: Become an expert on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, building vibrant online communities that deliver results;
• Get Your Hands Dirty (in the Best Way!): Dive into the action on content shoots, craft content briefs, and use your editing magic on short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok;
• Campaigns: Assist in crafting, executing, and fine-tuning marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels;
• Support: Assisting Marketing Managers in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our clients;
• Collaborate: Jump in and lend a hand to our admin and creative teams, fostering an environment where collaboration and support reign supreme and
• Reporting: Keep a watchful eye on key performance metrics, helping us track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Now, what do we require from you?

• A passion for Social Media - Instagram and TikTok lovers, we're looking at you!
• Keeping up with Social Media trends across Australia and internationally;
• Positive can-do attitude, with enthusiasm and a passion for learning;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

While a marketing degree isn't a must-have, a love for Social Media definitely is. This role is full-time, but if you're the right fit, we're open to chatting about part-time possibilities!  (our full time is all done in 4.5 days so you get every Friday arvo off)
