Australian fashion brand JGR & STN, was founded by Lucy Jackson & Nikki Westcott in 2018 and has evolved to become a staple brand for Celebrities & IT Girls worldwide. As JGR & STN has grown, so has the community. While the brand has it’s own online presence, it is also stocked in major retailers across Australia & the US.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for upholding and leading the JGR & STN aesthetic across all digital platforms and to support our overall marketing objectives.
This role is an integral part of our business, requiring a creative powerhouse to own & grow our omni-channels, including developing the strategy, creating engaging content, working with creators & influencers and interacting with our audience. You will also take a lead role in cultivating new relationships and managing brand partnerships as well as planning, executing & representing the company at events and activations.
We need someone who is autonomous, hands-on, highly organised and self-motivated with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be able to innovate, create, captivate, bring brand vision to life, be collaborative and have a growth mindset.
The Ideal Fit:
- Have 2+ years of marketing experience or in a similar role.
- Proven track record in growing organic Social Media presence & community management, as well as curating a strong brand identity.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage different streams of work across a variety of channels and formats.
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Klaviyo, video editing
- Bonus if you have photography and graphic design skills
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Creativity, flair and an eagerness to share new ideas.
- Be excited to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media, online marketing and measurement
- Good eye for detail and confident in creating a strong aesthetic.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive and take initiative as well as the ability to execute ideas for content creation from end to end.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experienced in coordinating brand activations and/or events
