We are seeking a Social Media Performance Manager for a high-performing and fast-growing digital agency, poised to become one of the top agencies in Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Social, your role focuses on setting up and optimising performancecampaigns for a variety of clients focused on lead gen and e-commerce. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in strategy, media planning, creative, analytics and reporting.
This is the perfect opportunity to be a foundational team member of a SOCIAL MEDIA department that is growing fast and has the resources and clients to continue to scale.
You will own the social campaign for clients, with the autonomy to decide which strategies to implement and how best to optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Your manager will lead your professional and career development, including uplifting your skills across strategy, media planning, pitching and client management.
You will be supported by industry leaders across sales, account management, SEO, paid search and creative.
If you’d like to apply for this role, you MUST have:
- 2+ years managing SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE within a digital agency or e-commerce business.
- Strong SOCIAL MEDIA campaign performance skills, having implemented and optimised lead generation and/or eCommerce campaigns.
- Social creative skills.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other SOCIAL MEDIA best practices and KPIs.
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and mature environment
- The desire to work 100% remotely within Australian business hours.
